EDGE - Why push oneself to the edge? Exertion and Exhaustion are the starting points for this project. Movements are inspired by wrestling, sparring, avoiding, and throwing weight. It is a visual depiction of the body and kinetic forces in motion, graphically transformed into an immersive and hypnotic thrust through physical extremes. Sound is limited to the immediate environment recording. The heavy breathing and foot sequences are manipulated to enhance the endless reflections of energy. The EDGE is intense. 2020

THRESHOLD is a single channel digital collage combining elements of 3D animation, chroma key compositing, acrobatic dance and sound composition. The video is a prophecy of a future where human touch only exists beyond the threshold of reality and within a virtual realm.
